Refund policy

You can any product purchased from us if the product is damage or defective upon arrival or your have received any other items.

. In order to return the product you will have to notify us by sending an E-mail at muhammadrashidlaskani402@Email.com with the Order ID and details of the product.

Our customers care center agent will call you back in next 24 hrs. if you have received an item that was damaged or defective  upon arrival, you can return the item within 7 days .

. please attached the invoice received with the order or photocopy of the invoice with the return for us track your details 

. for all return shipment cost will be borne by the customer

.Items damaged by the customers will not be eligible for return or refund 

. items purchased on discounted prices will not be eligible for return or refund 

refund will only be processed once the item is received by apnas mart.shop 

. once we receive the item back at our warehouse and its not damaged or broken . we will issue a refund cheaque and send it through mall or transfer through bank account
